Brief Introduction Of JZR Diesel Engine Concrete Mixer :

JZR series concrete mixers are self falling type bipyramid reversed discharge concrete mixing machine. The whole machine working power source is one unit of diesel engine.
In working style, clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.
JZR series concrete mixers are applicable to the small or medium construction project, used for the variety of concrete production, mortar and grout. They can also be used in some simple project, such as building, country bridge, and small ready-mix concrete plant.

Features Of JZR Diesel Concrete Mixer :

Adopt diesel engine as working power source, can be operation in no electricity area.

Hydraulic tipping hopper (or wire rope hoisting) for aggregate feeding.

Adding a water pump for water circulation between water tank and water radiator, keep the water temperature to be stable.

Removing the air sucking point from the back to the front, reduce to suck the dust. It will be good to prolong the service life of the engine.

Working Principle Of JZR Diesel Concrete Mixer :

Assemble gear ring (rubber pad) around the external surface of the mixing drum, and the driven-shaft has small gear (riding wheels) engages the teeth of the gear ring. Meanwhile, assemble spiral mixing blades on the internal surface of the mixing drum.

In working style, relying on the drum rotating and inner material own gravity, the drums clockwise rotating for concrete mixing, and the anti-clockwise rotating for concrete discharging.

In non-working style, JZR series concrete mixer can move to other working site by trailer dragging.
